DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

• Tracking No. will be emailed to you within 1-2 day once the payment received.
• We usually ship within 1-3 working days after confirmation of payment.
• It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in GD Express tracking system, because they normally keys-in tracking code at the end of the day.

DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS

• We ship throughout Malaysia.
• Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is :

  First 1kg        - RM 9.50
  First 3kg        - RM 12
  First 15 kg     - RM 22.50

  Add RM1.50 per additional kg

• For Sabah and Sarawak is RM13.00 per kg onwards.
• Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
• Our working day is Monday to Friday.
• GD Express guarantee 1-3 working days for parcels to arrive for west Malaysia and 1-5 working days for east Malaysia.
